The type and colour of the surface you choose when upgrading your pool can have a big impact on the final appearance of your pool. Concrete pools are normally finished with a special pool render, or by tiling a pool you can create a stunning affect.
Pool Render - Quartzon is a quality Australian made pool render which comes in a range of nine brilliant colours, you can transform your pool to a shimmering blue, a sparkling sea green or a vivid blue. Quartzon is smooth, slip resistant with an even grip for firm footing without causing abrasions and bruises to your feet. This smoothness makes Quartzon an extremely hygienic surface that is very easy to clean. It meets the requirements of Australian Standard 3661.1 'Slip resistance for wet surfaces'.
Tiling Your Pool: A higher budget option is to tile the entire surface of your pool. Ceramic tiles allow greater freedom for decorative borders and patterns. Tiles come in a large array of colours and can have a stunning affect on the appearance of your pool. On the right are some examples of a pool & spa we recently completed using a vivid blue tile.
