By using structurally sound and practical designs as a starting point, we have developed a range of homes which will suit your lifestyle, site and budget. If not, simple modifications can be easily and cost-effectively incorporated to meet your specific requirements.

Adrian Fields, the man behind Classic Queenslanders, has been a Master Builder for twenty years, and was a chairman of the Queensland Master Builders' Association's Sunshine Coast division.

So as well as a huge range of standard designs, we can also offer helpful advice.

The homes we market, range in price from A$15,000 to A$245,000. You are only limited by your budget and your dreams, to which design you choose. If you are building on the Sunshine Coast, we can build your house for you.

We are only using fixed price contracts to build your home, providing you with a detailed cost report before you start.

If you are building anywhere else, we may be able to recommend qualified tradesmen, who will build your home to the standard we expect - and you demand.

Our kits have been used from the wet tropics and hot desert to the cool alpine regions of Australia as well as overseas.

We will look after every detail necessary to prepare your home for a safe passage to its final destination.
