Commissionaire is a fine art consultancy commissioning creative people for creative art! We source and present exceptional and dynamic artwork, plus project manage exclusive art commissions to enhance impressive interior design and create art that designer’s residential and corporate clients love to live with. Clients may select work from portfolios by emerging and mid-career Australian and international artists in a broad range of media including painting, photography, installation art, sculpture and works on paper. Director Alison Holland has carefully selected some of the most exciting artists working around the globe and works in close association with clients to select or develop tailored artworks from an ever-expanding stable. Our aim is to make the artwork and design synonymous – to inspire designers who in-turn inspire their clients to purchase or commission artwork that will integrate with the design vision, fit exact specifications and embody the client's creative desires. Through the ‘5 Steps to Commissioning Unique Art’ Commissionaire works in unison with the client and artists to produce unique artworks that match the design brief, style and budget, to create pieces that reflect the owners creative desires. Our role in the design is to deliver artworks that will enliven, enlighten and educate their owners and viewers.
