Payne Pattenden Architects is a practice based on the combined extensive background of its two directors Dennis Payne and Douglas Pattenden. The Directors and support team of young creative architects have a proven track record in the delivery of a wide range of large and small Government and private sector projects. The practice directors Dennis Payne and Douglas Pattenden have been company Directors for 20 years and have a combined architectural experience of more than 60 years. It is our belief that the best architectural design results are achieved by a close consultative approach, involving careful listening, meticulous brief preparation and evaluation as well as the development of genuine empathy with the client in understanding specific needs. We pride ourselves on our reputation for common sense, imaginative design, practical construction approach and good cost control. The practice utilises the most advanced digital design technologies. This typically includes three dimensional presentation skills and building information system modelling available to all projects as required. Furthermore Payne Pattenden Architects is a Quality Assured company. It is our policy as a practice, and we have the procedures in place, to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and with a high standard of design.
